Languedoc is one of the oldest wine-producing regions in the world. Situated between the Pyrénées Mountains and the Rhone valley, facing the Mediterranean Sea, its vineyards offer a diversity that few regions can offer in the world. Vignobles Jeanjean holds its name from the Jeanjean family, a family that has been promoting the Languedoc appellations and fantastic wines for 5 generations. Mas de Lunès is one of the 7 estates that make up Vignobles Jeanjean, and this is the cradle, this is where the first property was acquired in 1936 in a very unique scenery: the 45ha of vineyards are planted on 1000ha of scrubland (garrigue), there is no neighbor, the beauty and serenity of the place is just breathtaking. The estate is planted on a unique geological soil, a layer that is called E6-G, a soil made of pebbles on a soil of red clay and limestone. The Estate is organic and this wine is also vegan-friendly.

This denomination, besides illustrating the geological characteristic of the estate, has brought creative inspiration to the packaging design, which presents an abstract concept related to the layers of this territory and the former presence of the Sea, millions of years ago. There are many textures that represent these layers, in shades of grey and the blue of the Mediterranean. The chosen finishings are gold stamping and relief varnish.
