KNOW MORE ABOUT THE STEPS

It all started with a label sketch that was supposed to have an end, but with the evolution of the creative concept, it ended in the execution of several technical pieces. So we reproduce the ideas in 3D pieces, to understand the final impact, until we risk immediately presenting final prototypes to the client for project approval.

The receptivity was immediate and thus a trio of pieces injected in Zamac was born, whose curvature was studied to the millimeter for the Magnum 1500ML and 750ML bottles, forcing the creation of a “template” so that the customer had an exact vision of where to glue them. the tables.
The three-dimensional pieces with high and low relief and surface finish in Brushed Old Gold.

To create an even more unique rigor of detail, we developed a piece for the top of the cork, with the same materials and finishes. The particularity of this piece is that it was designed so that a satin ribbon could be applied to the inside, which could be pulled at one end and come out, without the metal piece being highlighted....yes, this is because the technical piece has a specific diameter, and 3 fixing pins on the stopper. Therefore, we can use a corkscrew and remove the cork, because the piece is attached to the cork, as the diameter of the hole was enlarged for this purpose.

The satin ribbon is an additional ornament, whose color palette will match the finishes of the secondary packaging. Finally, the box in pressed cardboard covered in 150gsm matte coated paper, printed in pantone, Kurz 485 foil. Tops in walnut stained wood with logo engraving.

Inside, the box was covered in matte coated paper with velvet lamination and Kurz 485 “over” foil, print 4 with Kurz 485 foil. Included here is a small “folding” bag made of 150gsm matte coated cardboard with lamination. The cover of the Fedrigoni Tintoreto 150g insert and 90g IOR core. This booklet contains the history of the brand's 140 years.
